| I have it on good authority that Twiston Mill, as the name implies, was originally a mill and, serving it, there is a river just off to the left of the buildings. A barn and various agricultural outbuildings have been added at some time and although it is no longer inhabited, I have shown it as it may have been used as a farm. | |||||
